Scientific name Graviola/Guanabana. The leaves of the Soursop {Graviola) tree has been used in Jamaica for its medicinal properties for many years and are brewed to treat inflamed mucus membranes or to facilitate the discharge of mucus from the nose, throat and lungs. Locals use the leaves to help regulate blood sugar for patients with diabetes, to treat cough, flu and asthma.

Soursop can effectively combat parasites, tumors and a wide range of common health complaints. In tropical Africa, soursop is used to help treat coughs, pain and skin disease. A 2015 hypertension study found that a tea made from soursop leaves decreased blood pressure without adversely affecting heart rate. Soursop leaves are perhaps most famous for their cancer-fighting potential.

Our products will maintain their freshness and integrity for up to 18 months after purchase in our sealed bags or 6-9 months after seal is broken. Customers should store products in a cool dark place to ensure full shelf-life.
